Had our first looker

Yesterday we had the first looker at the house. A nice gay couple, about the same age as us. They loved it! They spent an hour here with Fuzzy as he showed them some of the features of the house. The older man said they had looked at 22 houses so far and this was their favorite by far. We think they may make an offer, it would be nice to sell to the first person to look.

that would be awesome if they were to make a good offer on the place. certainly save you and fuzzy a lot of worry!
